IntCH Brush Dale’s Take Aim (Jackson)

Jackson is from Brush Dale Kennel in Iowa and now lives with his owner Jason Munson in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Jackson is a lovely dog and has a great temperament. He is easy to get along with and has a great off switch in the house. He’s know as a 50 lb lap dog. With that being said, he does need regular off lead exercise to maintain the calmness in the house. Jackson is eager to please his owner and loves training. He could train all day if his owner let him. In the field, Jackson has a mid-range hunting style. He is independent but still very cooperative. He’ll cover a lot of ground when out hunting in open country. In thick cover he’ll range closer to his handler. In either situation, Jackson holds beautiful points and has since he was a puppy. Jackson is our girl’s, Nikki’s, uncle. So we have definitely seen the gentics for holding a point. Nikki has a very strong and natural want to be steady on point. Jackson also loves the water and is a very natural retriever. And when it comes to tracking he is very methodical and is laut on fur.

Jackson will be going to the NAVHDA invitational this year, 2024. We are excited to see how he does. Either way he has done very well in his NAVHDA Utility Tests. This is Jason’s first versatile dog that he has taken through the NAVHDA testing system. This shows the level of training that Jackson can go through even with a first time handler.
